Our #1 goal is that you will not need to request a return or refund. Sometimes unexpected things happen, though, and we’ll do our best to make things right.
Products that arrive broken
In the unlikely event your miniature arrives broken, no problem, we’ll send you a replacement. To request a replacement, please immediately send us an email with pictures of i) the broken miniature ii) the packaging iii) the shipping box.
Why do we need the pictures as soon as possible? If not received early enough, our damaged shipment claim with the post service is more likely to be denied. 😔
Returns
Our returns policy lasts 30 days for unopened and unused products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: (i) unused (ii) unopened (iii) in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. If you have access to a printer, we can help create a return shipping label for you.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It is not guaranteed that we will receive your returned item.
